Terms & Conditions

1. Quotes

  • All quotes are based on the information you provide when booking, including room sizes, number of items, condition, and any specific issues you’ve mentioned.
     
  • If we arrive and the job requires more time, products, or specialist treatment than originally stated, the price may change.
     
  • Any additional charges will always be discussed with you before the cleaning starts, and no extra work or fees will be applied without your clear approval.
     

2. Payment

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.
     
  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, card, or cash.
     

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time.
     
  • Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the total quoted job cost.
     
  • If we arrive and are unable to complete the work due to lack of access or inaccurate information, this is treated as a late cancellation, and the 50% fee still applies.
     

4. Biohazards & Pet Urine

  • Jobs involving biohazards—such as urine, faeces, blood, vomit, or similar materials—require specialist cleaning products and full equipment sanitisation after your service.
     
  • If biohazards are found that were not included in the original quote, additional charges may apply, but we will always inform you first and seek your permission before proceeding.
     

Urine Treatment Costs

  • Standard urine removal: £5–£10 per spot, depending on severity and the level of contamination.
     
  • Advanced urine treatments, including underlay removal, subfloor decontamination, or deep extraction, can only be quoted in person once the affected area has been assessed.
     
  • We will always explain the options, costs, and expected results before any work begins.
     

5. Storing of Your Information

  • We may retain your information (such as name, address, phone number, email, and booking history) in our systems to provide a high-quality customer experience.
     
  • This may include the use of your information for marketing or advertising purposes, such as reminders, promotions, or updates on services.
     
  • By scheduling a service with us, you consent to the storage and use of your information for these purposes.
     
  • You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us, and we will update your preferences immediately.
     

6. Media Permission (Photos & Videos)

  • By default, you grant us permission to take photos and videos of work carried out at your property. These may be used for:
     
    • Social media posts
       
    • Website content
       
    • Advertising and promotional material
       
    • Insurance documentation
       
  • We always avoid capturing personal photographs, private documents, or sensitive items. Only the cleaning work and relevant areas will be photographed.
     
  • If you do not want photos or videos taken at your property, please inform us before the cleaning begins, and we will fully respect your wishes.
     

7. Access to the Property

  • You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property at the agreed appointment time.
     
  • If access is not possible (locked doors, incorrect address, no parking, etc.), this may be treated as a late cancellation and may incur the 50% fee.
     

8. Service Agreement

  • By booking a service with us, you confirm that:
     
    • All information you provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and
       
    • You agree to all terms listed on this page.
       
  • If inaccurate information results in extra time or additional treatments being required, revised pricing may apply (but will always be agreed with you first).
     

9. Liability

  • We take great care in our cleaning process, but we cannot accept responsibility for:
     
    • Pre-existing damage or wear
       
    • Loose carpet, frayed edges, weakened fibres, or untreated stains
       
    • Fading, discolouration, or damage that becomes visible after cleaning
       
  • We will always advise you if we believe a material is fragile or at risk before proceeding.
     

10. Changes to These Terms & Conditions

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
     
  • Please refer to the “Last Updated” date at the top of the page to see the most recent changes.
     
  • Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
